The APIN on your card was dispatched in a separate packet to your mailing address updated with us.
I have not received/forgotten my APIN. What should I do?
You can login to Citibank Online and visit the "Other Card Services" section to request for your card APIN to be mailed to you. You may also call our 24x7 CitiPhone Helpline and request for a new APIN.
How can I change my card APIN?
You can change your card APIN at a Citibank ATM. Please dip your card and follow on-screen instructions. You would need your current APIN to authorize this change.

What should I do if my PIN is not working at a merchant outlet?
Typically this happens when a merchant's terminal is configured inappropriately for Chip + PIN cards. Please ask the merchant to use the card on a different bank's terminal.
Would an add-on card have a separate APIN?
Yes, an add-on card would have a separate APIN than a primary card.
