Investment in Equity = Investment in Ideas

Dear Readers,

I know you visited my blog many times since one & half month to get to know any an interesting article wrote for you :)

Yes, I got an idea for my next article a month ago but i was not getting time due to *** work & *** work :) hope you guys understood what i mean.

any way ..you must read the title of this article that's "Investment in Equity = Investment in Ideas"
Of course, you cant agreed/clear with this title in first time but I have recently completed all most 7 years in Equity Market and I experienced it.

Let me give you in simple plain example you can able to understand & get it.

"I have a my company and have my team that work for my company, now each day my team(employee) work on some thing that match my daily goal and eventually, it'd complete my company goal. 
So, To do this, Of course it's not rocket science i means i have to give an enough time to my team to produce sufficient & productive an output/the result that an achieve my company's goal due to that my company's clients are become happy and reward to this, my company would get profits in term of money(and many others things, brand,status,relationship etc) from my clients. due to this profits & others things, the capital of my company's market grow up"

You : Ok :) nice and simple example, but how's it relate to equity ?

Good question, now you want to know hows it related to equity.
So, let me twist my previous simple example and related to equity.

"If I have company ÏnfoSys (IT Company) (that's not true :)), now, let's either my team working for one fresh order or exists client's order and after working hard & productively, that order is successfully delivered and due to this, Infosys would get money against this order and client would be happy and started using it & getting better productive work.  So, What happen ? Capital of Infosys grow up and due to this factor, that equity of this company would go up and that makes you profit from you investment".

You want to figure about investment you made for Infosys then let me give the real & true example as per today's date 11 Aug 2013.

If you had invested 10,000 only in this company's idea in one year ago then you'd have made all most profit of 30% now that wont give you any another product in market :)  

 In short, when you invest your hard-work money to any company as equity form, give some time and understand there exists order, productive process & profitability and create relationship with them so you get to monitor what's happening in company and how's your investment working.

In last moment, you can't grow mango tree in some days/some months, you have to give your enough time & passion so you would get profit(in term of mango) that could be greater than you expected.
